Joan Latty is an experienced Realtor. Joan worked with the Victoria Mutual family for over 23 years in various capacities. 

She holds Certification as a Real Estate Salesperson and Dealer and is passionate and committed to meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of her clients. 

A Board Member of the Realtors Association of Jamaica since 2014, Joan also serves on the Association’s Membership Committee, and chairs the Public Relations and Marketing Committee

Joan holds a B.Sc. in Administrative Management from the University of Technology, a Diploma in Management Studies from the Jamaica Institute of Management, and a Certificate in Personnel Administration from the University of the West Indies. Joan is currently serving on the UTech Alumni Executive Committee. 

She is a Justice of the Peace for St. Andrew, and a committed Rotarian. Joan prides herself in offering excellent customer service, and is the consummate professional.
